X Factor and Radio 2 presenter Dermot O'Leary joins BBC Breakfast to talk about the show and his future plans as he prepares to turn 40. O'Leary is about to go into his 6th year of presenting the X Factor. He told BBC Breakfast why the show is about talent and hard work and not for 'wannabe's'.
