Dermot O'Leary has billed The X Factor as 'The People's Show', attributing its long-running success to the show's association with "grafters" and hard workers. "The whole show is about people who have in some shape or form tried to get their music out there," O'Leary told Digital Spy. "This show is about grafters. Of course, we also get people who just want to be famous. But most of the time they get thrown out pretty early on and we're left with the people who work really hard. I think that is what strikes a chord with the people." The X Factor returns for its 10th series later this year. Nicole Scherzinger, Louis Walsh, Gary Barlow and returning judge Sharon Osbourne started the second round of X Factor auditions at Wembley yesterday (July 15).
